Royse City High School graduate and current Texas A&M University-Commerce student Chantell Oliver has been named a Nancy Larson Foundation scholar and awarded a $1000 scholarship in recognition of her outstanding academic record and community service.The Nancy Larson Foundation proudly supports students majoring in elementary education across the country by awarding scholarships to deserving students each year.
Oliver is one out of six recipients selected from the hundreds of applicants received by the Foundation.
