Apply Oct. 1 through Nov. 15, 2023 to be a Nancy Larson Foundation Scholar
The Nancy Larson Foundation awards scholarships to promising students majoring in elementary education. Each year the Foundation awards five $1,500 scholarships to deserving college students.
Juniors, seniors, and graduate students who have declared an elementary education major are invited to apply. They should submit a completed application, official transcript, résumé with employment history, activities, community service, and paid positions and/or internships involving work with children and a narrative about personal experiences that have inspired them to teach and personal traits they possess that will help them in their teaching career.
Applications are accepted from October 1 through November 15, 2023. Completed applications and supporting documentation must be postmarked by November 15, 2023 to be considered. Scholarship recipients will be notified by December 30, 2023.
